Adult StaffIf this is your first time serving with us--welcome! Because this is your first time, there's a bit more paperwork to fill out but no worries, most of it you will only have to do once. Click on the links below to fill out each form needed for new staff members.
Under the age of 18New volunteers under the age of 18 are NOT required to fill out the Background Check Release Form. However, we do require a permission slip signed by your parent or guardian. You only need to submit this form (linked below) once a year. Please have your parent/guardian indicate which camps and retreats you are allowed to serve at. If your availability changes, simply send us an updated, signed copy.
After printing and signing the Parent/Guardian of Staff Information and Permission Form, please return it to us by either send it via email to [email protected] or mail it to the following address:
